DELIVERY & RETURN
As The Heart Doctrine, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. However, if you are not satisfied with any product you receive, or if you change your purchasing decision in any way, we will do our best to make it right. It is important for us to know that our customers are happy and satisfied. If you decide to return or refund your products, we kindly ask you to follow the conditions here.
DELIVERY
Our products are sourced and shipped based on availability when your order is confirmed. Orders for products in stock are typically shipped within three days from the order date, depending on your location, but this timeframe may vary based on conditions. Payment of the product price is required for your order to be confirmed.
Cargo Delivery
Your orders are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo, and depending on your location, they will be delivered to the address you provided within the timeframe determined by Yurtiçi Kargo's own operational policies. If there is no one available to receive the delivery at the specified address, according to Yurtiçi Kargo's policies, the shipment will be held at the relevant branch during this period. If not picked up by the Buyer within this timeframe, it will be returned to the Seller.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest. The delivery timeframe with Yurtiçi Kargo guarantee is 48 hours within Istanbul and 3-5 business days outside Istanbul.
The shipping company does not operate on official holidays.
Same Day Delivery by Courier (In Istanbul)
For orders above $1000, delivery within Istanbul is free of charge. For orders below this amount, you can avail of the service by paying an additional service fee.
Orders placed by 19:00, excluding Sundays, will be delivered within one day to your address. However, delivery times may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
RETURN
You can return your order within 14 days from the delivery date for any reason. For returns, you can send an email to info@theheartdoctrine.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return specified.
We kindly request that you package the item you wish to return in its original box or packaging, along with all accompanying documents and accessories, as securely and safely as possible. If you return the box with protective materials, the shipment will reach us safely via the courier.
Returns of products that have been used, lost their resale status, cannot be purchased by another customer, and are past 30 days from the invoice date will not be accepted.
We kindly ask you to deliver the product you wish to return to our contracted shipping company, Yurtiçi Kargo. Shipments sent via a different courier company with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
The shipping costs for returns are covered by The Heart Doctrine. To benefit from this service, you need to adhere to the return conditions outlined above.
For payments made with a credit card, once your return request is approved, the product amount will be refunded to your credit card within 7 business days at the latest. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund amount to reflect on your credit card. The return approval process is completed within 2 business days at the latest after the products reach us.
We would like to inform you that refunds for purchases made with a credit card in installments will be processed by your bank in installments, and The Heart Doctrine does not intervene in this process. Due to the refund process, any blockage on your limit caused by your order will be lifted, returning to its previous state. Your installment payments will continue to be displayed as "-", but since the corresponding installment amount is reflected as "+" in your statement by the bank every month, you will not need to make any installment payments.

EXCHANGE
Customer satisfaction is one of the most important aspects of our sales policies. If you wish to exchange the product you have received, please inform us of your request along with the reason for exchange at info@theheartdoctrine.com. For an exchange to be possible, the product's packaging and/or protective packaging must not have been opened; otherwise, the exchange request will not be accepted by the Seller. If you wish to change your order for any reason, you can do so within 14 days.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Dear customers, you can cancel orders that you have placed incorrectly or decided to cancel. Sometimes, due to high volume, emails may be checked later. There is a possibility that the product has been shipped. In case of cancellation where the product has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued using the payment method you used for the transaction. If the product has been shipped, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping cost(s). However, if the product has been delivered, the return will be subject to the conditions for returns.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
In cases of force majeure such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, riots, civil unrest, nuclear risks and hazards, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, and fire, as well as situations arising from the buyer (such as absence at the address, absence of an authorized recipient, relocation of the buyer from the address, etc.), delivery times and conditions may vary.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend the order if deemed necessary, in cases where the information provided by the Buyer does not correspond to reality. In situations where the Seller identifies issues with the order and cannot reach the Buyer through the provided phone, email, and mailing addresses, the Seller will freeze the order for a period of 15 (fifteen) days before putting it into effect. The Buyer is expected to contact the Seller regarding the matter during this period..
